High Steel (H = 70mm) has a large wiring storage height comparable to the H100mm type raised floor, despite its floor height of H70mm. Since the start of the OA renovation work in June 2000 at Sunshine 60, High Steel has been adopted for a long time, boasting a total delivery area of approximately 86,600m².
